Hiring the right employee is a big decision and a big process.  It is imperative that you find the right person, and put them in the right position in your business.

To fill that one position, you must create an accountability chart to show visually the position’s place in your company structure, you must write a position description to outline the accountabilities of the position are, and you must find  physical space for the new hire’s stuff…
