Goals for Marketing Success

  1. Enter the information requested in the “Actual” column green cells.
  2. If you have not been tracking your conversion rates, enter your “best guess” percentages.  You can begin tracking those conversion rates with this form.
  3. This tool provides an approximation of the number of prospects required to meet the revenue projections at current or projected conversion rates.
  4. The “What-If” columns provide an opportunity to change the variables and view the results of those changes.
  5. Use this information to assist in making marketing decisions such as market segment, acceptable project size, and sales process changes.

Be sure to save the file to the Company folder so the information can be accessed, reviewed and updated as needed.
