  • Identify the position’s leader (the position this position reports to);
  • Identify the other positions led by this position (the positions that report to this position);
  • How this position helps the Company succeed (this position’s accountabilities);
  • The main results expected from this position (metrics to measure performance); and,
  • Main work this position performs (what the position is expected to do on a regular basis).
