Organization Letter to Employees

Change is scary...

…and anything new is suspect.

So when you first announce to your staff that you are in the process of organizing the company, everyone is going to assume that they are all losing their jobs.

It is best to confront that fear right up front.  You should just tell your staff the truth —

    • that you are trying to build more efficiency into the business so everyone can do their jobs better;
    • that you are aiming at cleaning up the communication lines in the company so mistakes are reduced;
    • that you are preparing the company for the future growth you believe is coming and the added personnel that will require.

You can create your own letter to your staff or customize the sample I have provided.

JUST BE SURE YOU PROVIDE CONTEXT FOR THE CHANGES!!
