Cost-to-Complete Analysis

It is often useful to know where you stand financially on a project or a group of projects. This tool will provide that analysis and help make decisions regarding allocation of financial resources in the company.
  1. Enter the requested information for a project or group of projects on which you are working.
  2. Save the document by using the “Save” button at the bottom of the document.  Read the instructions for saving and recalling a JSON document.
  3. Move the document to a file on your computer where you will be able to recall the document.

The purpose of this document is to show where you stand  with regard to the finances of projects on which you are currently working.

  • Pay special attention to projects which have a negative balance in column 9. A negative balance suggests that you are upside-down in the project, and will have to be extra careful about spending more for that project.
  • If you find yourself in a negative position in a project, check to be certain that all Change Orders and extras for the project have been issued.
