Filing this report is at the discretion of the Job Supervisor. It is recommended that a report be filed for each known injury or illness incident, no matter the severity. It is better to file a report and not need it than to need a report and not have filed it.
Alert the Subcontractor that his employees are in violation of safety procedures and must return to compliance.
Notifies the Subcontractor that one or more of his employees is exhibiting a lack of compliance or skills.
