This form will assist in identifying the role that your selections play in providing value to your market. 

List the features you incorporate in your homes.  For example, if you determine that a product you install makes the residence safer, you would describe the feature and then add it to the “Product” Type of Value and the “Safety” Pyramid Level.  Then describe the benefit provided to your buyers.  The steak and then the sizzle.

This process will help identify the unique features you add to your projects and the benefit to the client of the added features. 

You will also use this information in your marketing to differentiate your company from your “me-too” competitors.
